Engineering is one of the greatest strengths of MLE Equipment. Whether you are in need of design assistance, or a full proposal with detailed costing, our applications engineering group is up to the task; the applications group works in concert with purchasing to ensure our costing is as competitive as possible. When a proposal becomes an order, our project engineering team provides the necessary design documentation and manages the order from design to shipment of the completed system. As a custom manufacturer, MLE Equipment relies on sophisticated mechanical and electrical engineering tools to efficiently create quality designs. We can provide three-dimensional renderings of individual components or entire systems, depending on our customers’ needs.
The production staff at MLE Equipment consists of many licensed and apprentice millwrights and electricians. Like our engineering staff, our production staff is organized and equipped to be flexible for custom manufacturing. Through continuous interaction and feedback between engineering and production, MLE Equipment is able to achieve a high level of quality, with a focus on continuous improvement. Also, operating in a UL-Certified electrical panel shop and a MET-Certified manufacturing facility means our equipment is built to the highest standards.
When it comes time for shipment, our logistics team has the experience to make this important phase as smooth as possible. We use various modes of transportation, depending on our customers’ requirements, and pride ourselves on employing some of the most professional and courteous transportation staff around.
If required, our onsite service team can commission the equipment once on site, and can also provide training for system operators. MLE Equipment’s site technicians are trained in all of the major safety programs, and are experts in maintenance, troubleshooting, controls and telemetry.
Once the system is operational, we offer a variety of services to our customers, including: phone support to assist with any equipment issues, including controls and telemetry, and a parts department that can provide myriad maintenance and replacement parts, with many parts in stock. For the benefit of our customers, many of the most common maintenance and replacement parts are also available through our new web store. We are always adding new parts to the store, so check back often!
MLE Equipment also has an extensive fleet of rental equipment, from pilot systems to full remediation and treatment systems. Finally, we offer used equipment for purchase, with equipment to fit almost any budget.
