Multi-phase extraction manifolds are used to consolidate individual well lines into one main line for supply to multi-phase extraction systems. A manifold consists of branch legs for the incoming well lines and a main pipe for the inlet to the system. The branch legs can come fitted with a variety of equipment, including:
- valves for shutoff and flow control
- gauges for temperature and vacuum
- sampling ports
- flow meters
Different materials of construction are available for manifolds, depending on the required vacuum and temperature and the contaminant being extracted. Other considerations when designing a manifold are air flow rate, and the number of required branch legs.
At MLE Equipment, we build our own multi-phase extraction manifolds, allowing us to offer almost limitless customization.
Please see the provided specification sheets and manuals for more detailed information on multi-phase extraction manifolds.
