Vapor extraction manifolds are used to consolidate individual well lines into one main line for supply to vapor treatment equipment. A manifold consists of branch legs for the incoming well lines, and a main pipe for the supply to the system. The branch legs can come fitted with a variety of equipment, including:
- valves for shutoff and flow control
- gauges for temperature and vacuum
- sampling ports
- flow meters
Different materials of construction are available for manifolds, depending on the required vacuum and temperature, and the contaminant being extracted. Other considerations when designing a manifold are air flow rate, and the number of required branch legs.
At MLE Equipment, we build our own vapor extraction manifolds, allowing us to offer almost limitless customization.
Please see the provided specification sheets and manuals for more detailed information on vapor extraction manifolds.
