BROCKVILLE, ON - (January, 2004) Maple Leaf Environmental Equipment is pleased to announce that Barrie Hall has joined Maple Leaf as Manufacturing Manager. In this role Barrie is responsible for providing leadership to the manufacturing team members, manufacturing MLEE systems, providing feedback to engineering for design enhancements, shipping systems to clients on time, implementing the MLEE health and safety program and leading the MLEE continuous improvement program. Barrie is a member of the MLEE leadership team, participating on the monthly leadership calls, setting of annual objectives, and evolving the five year operating plan.
Prior to Maple Leaf Environmental Equipment, Barrie has 32 years experience in manufacturing management in the United States and Canada. Before joining MLEE Barrie spent 17 years with a leading global manufacturing firm. For the last four years Barrie was based in Greenville, Tennessee holding roles as Plant Manager, Customer Services Manager, and Logistics Manager. Barrie has gained specific experience in hiring and developing manufacturing teams, developing and implementing processes to meet on-time deliveries, and developing and implementing strategies to achieve annual improvement goals.
