BROCKVILLE, ON – (October 2007) Maple Leaf Environmental Equipment (MLEE) is pleased to announce the completion of ExxonMobil’s Global Remediation Loss Prevention System training. This training was conducted by ExxonMobil at MLEE’s California Avenue manufacturing operation in Brockville. ExxonMobil’s Loss Prevention System (LPS) is based upon a set of behavioral based tools and proven management techniques. The objective is to eliminate any unsafe behavior which could lead to personal injuries, environmental incidents, property or equipment damage, and near losses. It makes incident prevention part of the normal work activities and engages all employees to identify hazards and risks, take action to reduce or mitigate risks before they become incidents, and to help develop solutions when needed.

In June 2006 MLEE previously announced the acceptance by ExxonMobil in the XOM US Retail Vendor Program providing MLEE the opportunity to quote for ExxonMobil US Retail projects. Since that time MLEE has been able to supply an increasing number of systems to meet ExxonMobil’s requirements.
