Parts & Service

In addition to integrating equipment for remediation and treatment applications, MLE Equipment offers a number of additional services to back-up our products.

Our Phone Support group is available by phone or email to assist with equipment issues, whether the equipment is under warranty or not.  MLE Equipment uses sophisticated issue-tracking tools to ensure all involved parties are aware of any problems and their resolutions.  The Phone Support group may also call on other services within our company, such as Onsite Service and Parts, should they be required.

While Technical Support is set-up to assist our customers remotely, our Onsite Service group can provide a number of services on site.  Our technicians are experts in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and telemetry issues; we can also provide training for equipment operators.  To learn about all of our Onsite Service options, please follow the available links.

Our Onsite Service group can assist with system repairs and maintenance, although many of our customers prefer to do work this themselves.  In support of our customers, we have a Parts group.  We offer all of the maintenance and replacement parts required for our products; we can also source thousands of other parts from our network of suppliers.  We also offer different buying options: contact our Parts department to speak with a representative, or visit our online store for quick and easy purchasing of our most common parts.
