Maple Leaf Environmental Equipment has developed control system technology to allow the manufacture of high quality dependable control systems in a cost effective manner using traditional relay logic. Using our background in PLC based control systems, we have redefined the way of designing relay control panels to provide many of the benefits of PLC based systems to the more simple and traditional relay logic control systems.
MLEE relay logic panels use isolated input and output relays for all signals entering or leaving the control panel. This allows the operator to observe the operation of each independent part of the system, simplifying troubleshooting and making the operation of the control system logic much easier to understand.
MLEE relay logic panels use dependable OMRON relays and are based on detailed ladder logic control schematics, approved by our customer before the panel construction begins. All wires in the control panel are labeled and color-coded to match or exceed CSA and UL requirements. Operator interface with the control system is done with traditional selector switches and lights.
MLEE has received UL certification of our control panel manufacturing facility and can provide control systems that have approval stickers from UL, CSA or the Electrical Safety Authority.
Autodial capability can be added to any control system to dial out to either a pager or voice alarm. Standard dialer will dial out to up to 3 numbers.
