Grundfos Redi-Flo electric submersible pumps set the industry standard for total fluids pumping for a wide range of environmental clean-up and monitoring applications. Grundfos pumps are high quality, multi-stage submersible pumps available in sizes for 2", 3" and 4" wells. The pumps are fabricated from high quality stainless steel with teflon fittings for long life in severe pumping applications and maximum resistance to contaminants.
Grundfos pumps use either Grundfos' own manufactured motors or Franklin electric motors. Depending on the pumping applications, Tefzel electrical leads in multiples of 25' lengths are provided, safely transmitting power to the electric motors.
The Redi-Flo 2 pumps are used mainly for sample collection and short term pumping applications (less than 1 year). The Redi-Flo 4 pumps have been the workhorse electric pump in the environmental industry and continue to provide excellent performance for flow rates up to 50 gpm and at depths of over 500 feet.
The new Redi-Flo 3 pumps are designed particularly for 4" environmental wells. The additional clearance provided by the 3" pump in 4" wells greatly reduces the possibility that the pump could become stuck or silted in place in the well.
All Redi-Flo pumps are available with variable speed drive, allowing the operator to vary and select the appropriate pumping rate for each well.
